Peru trek workout plan

To be ready for the April 2020 Peru trek, participants must complete—individually or in groups—the following six milestones before April 1, 2020.

Each participant will affirm completion of milestones with their e-signature

  1. 2 mile run

  2. 5 mile backpack hike

  3. 4 mile trail run

  4. 7 mile backpack hike

  5. 10 mile backpack hike

  6. 12 mile hike, hilly terrain
